This policy applies to all services offered by GetIndiaOnline, including:

  • Domain setup and hosting plans
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Social media management and poster design
  • Logo and branding services

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through revisions or clarification, without the need for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Whether your request qualifies for a refund depends on the stage of the project and the nature of your concern. Here's a clear breakdown:

Eligible for Refund
  • Work has not yet started and you cancel within 7 days of payment
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to technical or operational reasons on our end
  • Delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed scope after all revision rounds are exhausted
  • You were charged twice or incorrectly for the same service (billing error)
  • Service was not delivered within the agreed timeline due to our delays
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Work has been completed and approved by you
  • Change of mind after work has already started
  • Delays caused by your failure to provide required content, logos, or approvals on time
  • Annual hosting or domain fees once the service period has commenced
  • Digital marketing campaigns that have already been launched and run
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preferences after revisions are used

Note on SEO & Ads: Search rankings and ad performance depend on many external factors (competition, algorithm changes, market conditions) and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are not issued based on expected vs. actual performance.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps. Requests submitted through the proper channel are processed fastest.

Include the Required Details

Your full name, registered mobile number or email, service name, payment date, transaction ID or UPI reference, and the reason for your refund request.

Step 3
We Review Your Request

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and may reach out for additional information or to discuss a resolution (revisions, corrections, or refund).

Step 4
Decision Communicated

We will notify you of our decision via email or WhatsApp. If approved, the refund amount and method will be confirmed at this stage.

Step 5
Refund Processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. UPI refunds are usually faster (2–3 business days).

We aim to resolve all refund requests fairly and efficiently. Our goal is your satisfaction — we'll always explore every option before confirming a refund or denial.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, here's how long it typically takes to reach you depending on your payment method:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not process refunds to a different bank account or payment method than the one used for the original transaction.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service order at any time. The refund amount depends on how far the work has progressed at the time of cancellation:

Before Work Begins

  • Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of payment and no work has started
  • No cancellation fee applied

While Work is In Progress

  • A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed
  • Work already completed will be charged at a pro-rata rate
  • The completed portion of work will be delivered to you

After Delivery

  • No refund after a service has been delivered and approved by you
  • No refund for annual plans (hosting, maintenance) after the billing period has started

Ongoing / Subscription Services

For monthly or annual digital marketing retainers, you may cancel by providing 15 days' written notice before the next billing date. No refund is issued for the current billing period already paid.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@getindiaonline.com or WhatsApp message. Verbal requests over phone calls will not be accepted as formal cancellations.

Dispute Resolution

We take all disputes seriously and are committed to resolving them fairly. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a refund request:

  • You may escalate the matter by emailing support@getindiaonline.com with "Escalation – Refund Dispute" in the subject line
  • A senior team member will review the case within 5 business days
  • We will make every reasonable effort to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, as outlined in our Terms of Usage.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us is a violation of our Terms of Usage and may result in permanent suspension of your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

We include up to 2 rounds of free revisions in every project. If after revisions the design still does not meet the agreed brief, we will assess a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. However, refunds based purely on subjective design preferences (e.g., "I just don't like the colours") after revisions are exhausted are generally not eligible.
If we fail to deliver your website within the agreed timeframe due to delays on our end (not caused by missing content from you), you are eligible for a full refund or a discount on your service. Please contact us immediately if you experience any delays.
Unfortunately, no. The actual ad spend goes directly to Google and is non-refundable once a campaign is live. Our management fee covers the setup, targeting, and optimization of your campaigns. Performance depends on many factors outside our control (competition, budget, market). We cannot guarantee specific results like leads, clicks, or conversions.
If you've been charged twice, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 98277 10986) or email (support@getindiaonline.com) with both transaction IDs. We will verify and process a full refund for the duplicate charge within 2–3 business days.
For new orders where work hasn't started, you have 7 days from the date of payment to request a full refund. For other eligible scenarios (billing errors, non-delivery), you may raise a request within 30 days of the incident. Requests made after 30 days will generally not be accepted.
Yes, all refunds are returned to the original payment method — the same UPI ID, bank account, or card used to make the payment. We do not transfer refunds to a different account.
No. Delivery timelines are calculated from when we receive all required content, logos, images, and approvals from you. Delays caused by late content submission are not our responsibility and do not qualify for a refund.
